Early in 2001, Jane’s daughter Kim Ricca joined up in partnership with Jane. Kim quickly adopted Jane’s work ethic, with great enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism. Together, they found a chemistry and a synergy that logically led them to open their own Real Estate office. Kim’s previous business experience, and her drive to succeed, provided the insight and vision necessary to get the new business started right. The rapid growth of the company has already given evidence of her business skills.

The business has already seen great success, and as of July 1st, 2002, Kim’s husband Brad Ricca has taken the full time Information Technology position, which will catapult the business beyond many other Real Estate companies. Brad brings a solid knowledge of computers and the internet to take advantage of the growing world of opportunities for the sharing of information and marketing. This will aid sellers in getting their properties seen by the largest population of buyers possible. This technology makes it possible for buyers to take “visual tours” of properties, so that they may make the best use of their time, seeing only those properties that truly fit their wants and dreams.
